This is NOT a starry night festival!

For the starry night festival, I have to invite someone on 23rd winter, then go to the meeting place on 24th. I tried everyone’s event to see how different they are, except for Amir (his heart level isn’t high enough) and Lloyd (out of town on 23), the result was really REALLY DISAPPOINTING. All of them went like this:

- I went to the meeting place (hotel/cafe) at 8-9 pm.

- Owner of the meeting place greeted me, told me and everyone to eat a lot.

- Black screen, I was back at my home. The guy said it was fun and he was glad I went, then he went home.

- I was automatically put at my bed to choose between save/not save before going to bed.

- End of day.

What?! I mean, seriously, can that be called a festival? Some people have been complaining about this festival so I didn’t expect anything but I can’t believe it is this bad. At least they should have made a small scene of us having dinner together. I don’t know if they were too lazy but all I got was a black screen to tell me what happened :\ Also the guy whom I invited didn’t even greet me when I came! And because of that except for that last part, Ivan and Dirk’s event is exactly the same -.-’

I’ve had this small thought of Grand Bazaar being Twin Villages’ beta and the more I play the more I think that might really be the case. I hate to agree with all those people who dislike this game but Grand Bazaar is pretty lacking. Well whatever, I still have fun playing it. Just that playing this game makes me want to play Twin Villages more….

Grand Bazaar – 1st year winter

Winter came, I jumped out of my house looking around to see myself in the middle of a snowstorm in the first day. After running around fighting against the wind I came home exhausted and went to bed. The next day I ran out hoping for a sunny weather and found myself in the middle of a snowstorm again. Shaking my head, I came back and went to bed to find out that the next day was also a stormy day *faints* Finally I had a sunny day on the 4th.

Why did I have 3 snowstorm days on a round while people have been complaining that they don’t have one at all? -__-” I hope that won’t happen when I reload, I’m so poor after buying stuff at the bazaar that I won’t have enough money to buy food for 10 cows/sheep, 8 chickens and 4 dogs/cats OTL Winter is really pretty but I hate the sound I make when running on the snow, it’s kinda annoying >_> Running on frozen river is super fun though xD It’s like discovering secret place xD

The last bazaar of fall wasn’t as good as I expected it to be :\ Selling seeds is difficult, I wasn’t be able to sell out even one stack of 99 seeds. Should have made Eggplant into Roasted Eggplant instead of Eggplant seeds :’( Now I have over 500 seeds to sell at the next bazaar +__+ At least that means I’ll have stable income even though I don’t plant anything xD;;

I haven’t decided on which bachelor to marry yet, all of them are cute but somehow they don’t tickle my fancy that much /_/ Guess I’ll take it slowly, I also want to trigger all bachelors-related random events before marrying them xD

Harvest Moon: Grand Bazaar in 9 days!

I have so much fun reading grand bazaar’s guide that I want to play it right away xD Good thing I forgot about it after being so hyped about its Japanese version 2 years ago, wouldn’t be able to stand the wait otherwise >_>

Reading about the windmills makes me drop my jaw though, there are many items that need 100~300hrs in game to finish making O__o the longest one is Four Season Wine which needs 336hrs to finish, in other word the windmill is busy half of a month making you some wine o-o Also the ingredients for Four Season Wine are Spring+Summer+Autumn+Winter Wine, each takes more than 200hrs to make >__>;;; How long do they want me to play this game? Though I doubt I have enough patience to actually make everything I can with windmills even if I can actually make it to year 3 xD;; Never get past year 1 even though I’m a fan of Harvest Moon Hopefully I’ll get to year 2 and get married in a few days since I’m in winter year 1 in Sunshine Islands now xD
